*If Kiroseiz Beach Bungalows are full then the hotel has the right automatically to upgrade the guest to the main Resort.

The bungalows are located 15 minutes away from the main building. There is a shuttle bus for the guests free of charge.

*IMPORTANT: Men are obliged to wear long trousers and shirts with sleeves for dinner.



The hotel offers an Amphitheater, 3 swimming pools, 1 heated in winter, Billiards (extra charge), Tennis (extra charge), and Access to resort private beaches by resort bus transfer. The rooms are equiped with Electric current & shaver outlets (220 volts).


Please be informed that as of September 15th, 2012,
one section three floors of the Sunrise building will be closed for Renovation and maintenance to ensure the highest guests' satisfaction is provided to our guests. The section will be completely isolated from the rest of the building and no disturbance will affect the rest of the guest staying in this building.
The above upgrade is foreseen to be finished by November 15th, 2012, noting that the project will be continued into several phases 40 rooms – one section at a time.

Important Information:

- Please be advised that a dress code is required for all restaurants. Swimming wear is not allowed.

- For evening meal Gentlemen are requested to wear trousers longer than the knee.

- Safe box “free of charge” is available in your room for the safe keeping of your valuables; the hotel is not responsible for any loss outside the safe box.

- Wrist bands should be worn at all times to enable us to serve you according to your meal plan.

- Should anyone in the party have and dietary requests please contact the guest relations desk in the main reception or on ext: 6616 to arrange any special meal requirements.

- Complementary shuttle bus is provided to the resort's private beaches. No prior reservation is needed and is on a fist come, first served basis.

- Any food or beverages taken to the rooms (except bottles of water) are not allowed. This is also applicable for food & beverage from outside of the hotel.

- For your convenience, it is preferable to settle your bill 1 day before departure.

- Please be advised that a fire alarm test will take place every Friday at 12:00 midday.

- For full animation activities & evening entertainment please see the animation board located in the Waves bar terrace.

- For your information, we will fumigate the premises consisting of a white smoke. This will be carried out on a daily basis during sunrise and sunset.
