Hotel Overview

The family-friendly Whala!solimar Hotel is in Playa de Palma close to the centre of El Arenal and less than 50 metres from the beach. This is one of Majorca's most popular tourist areas and guests will find an excellent selection of shops, pubs, restaurants, bars and discos nearby. Palma is also only eight miles from the Whala!solimar and Aquacity, the largest waterpark in Europe is in the area.

Refurbished in 2007, the Whala!solimar Hotel offers a mix of comfortable, well equipped rooms, studios and apartments. The Hotel Whala!solimar is only 50 metres from the long Playa De Palma sandy beach in the resort that boasts an excellent range of water sports to try including windsurfing, water skiing and scuba diving. Why not take a walk along the promenade or hop on the mini train to C'an Pastilla during your stay at the Hotel Whala!solimar. El Arenal is home to the largest water park in Europe; Aquacity has over 20 water attractions that will surely keep the kids occupied whilst you soak up the sunshine. Other great things to do with the kids include a trip to the Jurassic mini golf course, horse riding or why not hire a bicycle and follow the coastline to the neighbouring resort on your Majorca holidays.

For a cultural experience on your holidays, El Arenal is just 8 miles from Palma city where you can see the gothic cathedral, check out the museums or take in the sites on an open top bus. Breakfast: There is a buffet style breakfast served between 7.30 - 10.30 with the choice of - water, juice, coffee and tea.

Morning Snack: A variety of cold meats, pastries, bread, cereal, sandwiches, jams and yoghurt is available between 11.00 - 12.00 with the choice of - water, juice, coffee, tea and chocolate milkshake.

Lunch: There is a buffet style lunch served between 13.00 - 14.30 with the choice of - water, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.

Afternoon Snack: A variety of cold meats, bread, sandwiches, hot-dogs, burgers, cake, yoghurt and ice-cream is available between 15.30 - 16.30 with the choice of - water, juice, coffee, tea and chocolate milkshake.

Dinner: There is a buffet style dinner served between 18.00 - 21.00 with the choice of - water, beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages.

Bar: You can enjoy a selection of drinks from the bar between 10.00 - 23.00. Available drinks include - non-alcoholic beverages, beer, local alcoholic drinks, Hierbas, Sangria, cocktails, juice, coffee and tea. Ice-cream is also available from the bar.
