Just a few kilometres from the attractions of Porto Petro and local beaches, the unusual layout makes it ideal for large families or two groups of friends wanting to holiday together whilst enjoying a degree of independence. The main building, which leads onto a delightful pool and terrace area, incorporates a lovely open-plan sitting-dining room finished with traditional pine and a charming vaulted ceiling, which flows into a large and well-equipped American-style kitchen. From the sitting area, internal doors lead to two bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms, whilst double patio doors bring you out to the pool, which is surrounded by extensive sun terraces and a gorgeous, shaded dining patio bedecked with overhead vines. The second building, set at a slightly lower level and furnished in simpler fashion, accommodates three bedrooms, a comfortable sitting room and two bathrooms. In addition, both buildings are surrounded by well-maintained gardens of neat lawns and lush mature shrubs, all of which enhance the wonderful sense of tranquillity.
