The inviting newly furbished farmhouse kitchen has an authentic ornamental fireplace and upstairs, the air-conditioned master bedroom features its own sunny terrace with views over the pool and surrounding trees - a perfect nook for quiet reading and sunbathing. Outside, the villa boasts a huge covered and tiled terrace perfect for al-fresco entertaining and eating, as well as large sun terraces around the pool. Steps down from the terrace also reveal an enchanting sunken garden incorporating a brick-built barbecue and baker's oven. When you can drag yourself away, Pollensa is five minutes by car and the nearest beach is a six-kilometre drive. Owing to the steps in its garden, the villa may be unsuitable for less mobile guests.
