Located in the heart of the montparnasse area, near to the rue de rennes and its shops, the villa modigliani is a very nice hotel with a private garden and located in a small and quiet street. The main sights can be easily reached by public transport. A good selection of bars and restaurants surround the hotel, so guests do not have to travel far to experience delicious cuisine. Les deux magots Cafe is just a 20 minutes walk away. The 100 guest rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated with modern facilities including air conditioning, hairdryer, telephone and television. (Guests should note that quad rooms are suitable for 3 adults and 1 child only aged 7 years old max.).
