This hotel is located approximately 150 m from Mondello Beach and 15 minutes drive from the resort centre. The villa lies just a short distance from the town and affords easy access to the main transport arteries.||Built in a liberal style in the 1930's, this finca underwent renovation work in 2004 and comprises 22 rooms of which 2 afford views out over the sea and 1 room features a four-poster bed. Guests are able to gain access to the finca's gardens as well as dine on exquisite Sicilian cuisine in the restaurant where dishes are prepared according to traditional recipes.||All rooms offer all necessary comforts for an agreeable stay such as a TV, a telephone and air conditioning.||Sun loungers and parasols have been laid out ready for use on the local sand/ pebble beach (fees apply).||Guests may select their breakfast from an ample buffet; lunch and the evening meal may be taken à la carte or chosen from a menu. It is possible to book a half-board or a full-board stay.||Before the end of the motorway, there is on the right the sign for Mondello. Head along this road as far as the Coca Cola Factory, then follow the signs for Villa Esperia.
