Hotel Overview

The VIK Hotel Bandama Golf is in a protected area known as the National Monument of Bandama at a height of 400 metres above sea level. Surrounded by beautiful gardens filled with local flora, the VIK Bandama Golf Hotel is situated just 10 metres from the first tee of the Real Club de Golf de Las Palmas, 20 minutes from Las Palmas itself and 25 minutes from Gran Canarias airport.

The Hotel VIK Bandama Golf oozes an English style charm in the decoration of its 34 guestrooms. All rooms enjoy a view over the golf course, the putting green or the crater the hotel is named after, and all are equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable holiday in Gran Canaria including a TV, a telephone and a bathrobe for guests.

The swimming pool, which is heated in winter, is surrounded by tropical style planting and is adjacent to the putting green. There is also a Scandinavian style sauna imported all the way from Stockholm, and a popular restaurant and bar where you can enjoy excellent food, drinks and views. There is also a 50 stable horse-riding centre onsite for those not so into golf.

The Real Club de Golf is one of the oldest golf courses in Spain and enjoys wonderful views of the peaks of the mountains and the sea. The course itself is quite small with narrow fairways, small greens and deep gullies providing a test for any level of golfer. The 18-hole par 71 course also has a practice tee, two putting greens, a shop where you can hire clubs and a pitching area.

The Club restaurant serves buffet style breakfast and blends creative cuisine with fresh local produce for lunch and dinner. There is also a Club bar, a popular meeting spot for guests, members and players, which serves a variety of refreshments and tasty appetizers.

##Swimming Pools
The hotel has a swimming pool which is heated in the winter. Attractive gardens surround the pool and provide ample opportunity to sit, relax and enjoy the sunshine.
