## Location
The hotel is surprisingly secluded from traffic but also just a very short distance from the capital. The hotel's proximity to Rome makes it possible for guests to enjoy the art, music and theatre events as well as the museums and archaeological sites. Frascati is 2 km from the hotel where guests will find shops and the train station. The seaside at Ostia can be reached in 30 minutes by car. There are many attractions which guests can easily reach such as St. Nilo Abbey (15 minute walk), Tuscolo Archaeological Sites (5 minute drive) and Castel Gandolfo Lakes/Popes residence (15 minute drive).

The hotel offers 18 rooms including 3 separate guest houses and 3 cosy garrets with balcony. Each room is comfortable and tastefully furnished with fine wooden furniture.
