The 3-star hotel vendome is really rather unique; not only is it housed in a free-standing building from the 19th century, it's interior evokes an old-world charm and ambience which is rarely found nowadays. In the centre of nice (the old town and the beach are no more than 5 minutes' walk from this renovated hotel), the vendome combines ornate belle epoque public areas with modern, comfortable guestrooms with air-conditioning, minibar, cable tv and hairdryer as standard. Public areas include a peaceful reading room with balcony, a small bar and breakfast room. If you're looking for something more traditional with character, the vendome is for you.
Please note that from 1st October 2015 till March 2016 city tax will be 1,10 € per person/per night. From April 2016 onwards, city tax will be 1,50 €. Tax will be excluded from the rates and it must be paid directly by guests.
