Following a major investment programme in 2009, this 18th Century manor house has been carefully restored, and features stunning reception and banquet rooms which are ideal for wedding celebrations. This family-friendly country house establishment, with its 60 rooms, is more than just a hotel, golf and leisure resort: it is the culmination of delicious food, chilled bars and deluxe guest rooms with stunning views across the Blessington Lakes and Wicklow Mountains. Facilities on offer to guests include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, lift access and a games room. For smaller private parties, the hotel offers Adrian's bar, which is located to the rear of the Manor House. ## Location
This hotel is located on the beautiful Blessington Lakes and offers stunning views from the bedrooms and lovely walks around the lake shores. The Dublin and Wicklow Mountains are but a few minutes' drive away and are perfect for both walks and trails. There are links to the public transport network nearby and it is a 12-minute drive to Blessington. The nearest train station is at Kildare, and Dublin City is just 37 km down the road, where guests can shop till they drop.

## Rooms
All rooms have been furnished to luxurious standards. There is a choice of deluxe rooms and spacious suites to suit guests' personal needs. All rooms are designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, and the furniture is a stylish blend of oak and sumptuous velvets. The accommodation features 5-foot double king koil beds (or 6 foot doubles/twins should guests require) and comes with a private bathroom with a shower/bathtub, a hairdryer and underfloor heating. They are equipped with a direct dial telephone, a 26-inch TV with built-in DVD player, WLAN Internet access, a safe and a kitchenette with a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. Furthermore, centrally regulated heating is provided in all accommodation as standard and all rooms feature either a balcony or a terrace.

## Sport
The 18-hole championship golf course was designed by Ireland's renowned golf architect, Patrick J. Merrigan. The imaginative use of the natural landscape to blend an exciting design into an excellent golf layout is evident throughout the course. It is also possible to play a game of tennis at the hotel.

The Lime Tree Restaurant is a sumptuous blend of tastes and flavours where world cuisine meets the best of Irish. Guests can experience the magic of Tulfarris while sitting on the bar terrace watching the deer and stag amble across the 18th fairway - this is the outdoors at its stunning best.
