A unique, deluxe, contemporary hotel centrally located on North Bridge. Originally the Headquarters for the Scotsman newspaper this historic, baronial building has been converted into the stylish boutique Scotsman Hotel Edinburgh. There is a cosy reception area with feature fireplace and entrance way which leads to hotel bar/brasserie. The bedrooms have been sympathetically designed to mix the traditional with the new and any original features such as wood panelling, cornice ceilings have been maintained. Room size varies but standards are very high throughout including use of traditional Scottish Estate tweeds. The leisure facilities are extensive including 16 metre stainless steel pool set into a slate surround and full spa treatments.
