Logistic of Dolphin Swim Adventure
Upon arrival to Cancun, guest should check in with desk for Viajes Thomas More, our in house travel agency, in order to confirm the date and time of their Dolphin Swim Adventure.  It is very important to do this on the first day of arrival to avoid the possibility of not finding space at the last minute.
Viajes Thomas More will provide all details to guest on where to be and how to get there.  Also, any upgrades to the original Dolphin Swim Adventure or add ons for other guests in the party can be purchased at the tour desk of Viajes Thomas Moore.
 
From the boat departing for Isla Mujeres to the return to the same dock the entire turnaround time is approx 5.5 hours.  The boat ride each way is about 40 minutes and then about 40 minutes with the dolphins.  Then you can have lunch.  This program can be upgraded for an additional fee with VTM to the Royal Garrafon Dolphin Swim which would also give you access to Garrafon National Park for snorkelling, the VTM rep will explain all these options when the client books their
