The Palms and Lake Davenport Estates

Hotel Overview

These small quaint communities provide a haven for guests that enjoy the tranquillity of a self-catering home. This is an excellent choice for guests who want to ensure they are in a high standard quality home in the location of their choice. They are all electric pool heat communities. All of the 3-, 4-, and 5-bedroom homes in this established residential area are detached houses with their own private screened-in swimming pool. The standard amount of pool furniture provided in the homes will be 2 sun loungers, 4 chairs and a table. The en suite bathrooms feature a shower/bathtub and in-room amenities include a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, a radio, tea and coffee making facilities and a kitchen with a fridge, a cooker and a microwave. Air conditioning and heating, a washing machine, and ironing set also feature. Not all standard homes are equipped with pool heaters; therefore the option of pool heating must be requested at the time of booking. From Orlando Airport: Take the South exit, signposted State Road 417, Kissimmee. Join SR.417 heading West. This is a toll road. Exit at junction 2 signposted Celebration. At the end of the exit ramp, after passing through the toll booth turn right onto Celebration Avenue. Drive 0.5 km to the junction with US Highway 192. Here turn left onto Highway 192, and then right at the second set of traffic lights onto Parkway Boulevard. Turn first left and the Hotelbeds Welcome Centre where you will check-in will be on your right.
