##Eating and Drinking
The Michelin-starred restaurant at the hotel is the “Number One” and is considered one of Scotland's best restaurants. It is open daily for dinner serving an innovative menu of traditional Scottish and French cuisine. A reservation is required.

There is also the Hadrian's, an Art Deco-style brasserie featuring a cosmopolitan menu mixing Scottish and European cuisine, served in an informal setting. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Reservations required.
