Originally the seat of the Arnott family, the history of this stately home goes back to the 15th century and invests the property with great historical interest. This hotel with its 11 rooms is a fully equipped conference setting for all your individual business requirements. ## Location
This hotel offers guests a great base for visiting local attractions such as Gretna Green. It is surrounded by approximately four and a half acres of grounds. The country house is the perfect place to break a longer journey. The Gretna Green Outlet Village and the Blacksmith's Shop are only a 15-minute drive away. Burns Walk and a native hilltop earthwork flanked by 2 Roman siege camps are located 3 miles north of Ecclefechan and are reached either by a pleasant walk or a careful drive along the single track road.

## Rooms
All rooms are fitted to the highest standards with their own en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV with various channels, a trouser press and an iron and ironing board as well as tea and coffee making facilities and a welcome basket. The rooms all lie on the first floor and are accessed via a staircase.

In the evening the guest is free to decide whether visit Kirkconell Hall, the Arnott Restaurant, with its fine selection of brewery products or the lounge bar with its large choice of fantastic hot and cold dishes. In addition, there is the possibility of choosing from the room service's wide menu of refreshments, and to dine in your own room.
