This apartment hotel is conveniently located on Highway 192 and just 15 minutes from Walt Disney World Resort, 20 minutes from Sea World and Downtown Disney, and 25 minutes from Universal Studios and the centre of Kissimmee, with its many restaurants and bars. The centre of Orlando is around a 30-minute drive and Orlando Premium Outlets are approximately 20 minutes away by car. Cocoa Beach is roughly 80 minutes from the aparthotel by car and nearby airports include Orlando International (42 km away), Orlando Sanford International (82 km away), Patrick AFB (110 km), Tampa International (122 km) and Miami International (377 km away).

## Rooms
The large 2- and 3-bed apartments feature open floor plans with a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, cooker, microwave, tea and coffee making facilities and a dining area, a comfortable and spacious living area, a relaxing private balcony and an en suite bathroom with shower, bathtub and hairdryer. The 2-bedroom unit also includes a full-sized double bed in each of the bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. The 3-bedroom apartment includes a full-sized bed in two of the bedrooms, two twin beds in the third room, and a sofa bed in the living room. Other in-room amenities include a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, a radio, Internet access, a washing machine, ironing set, individually regulated air conditioning and central heating.

## Sport
The clubhouse features an outdoor swimming pool with lounge chairs and shady cabanas. The Orange Lake Resort golf courses are a 5-minute drive from the hotel.

Guests may check in after 16:00 h and are requested to check out before 10:00 h. Minimum age at check-in is 21. The front desk is open from 8:00 h and closes at 23:00 h. Guests arriving after after hours, please call ahead at 1-877-448-8722 so the staff can arrange the check-in. There is a cleaning fee of $35 for a 2 bedroom and $45 for a 3 bedroom that will be charged to any reservation under 5 nights. Payable locally by the guests at check out (rates subject to change).
