Hotel Overview
This apartment hotel is cosy and intimate, where guests can enjoy a pleasant holiday. Guests are welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. Among its facilities are a full supermarket with international newspapers open daily except on holidays, a hotel safe, cloakroom, lift access, a games room, a TV lounge and a children's playground. Guests may dine in the café or restaurant and sip their favourite drink in the bar. Internet access is available for a fee and those arriving by car may leave their vehicle in the car park. The hotel comprises a total of 188 apartments overlooking the dunes of Maspalomas and the tropical garden.
## Location
Located on the seafront, this is the only establishment in Gran Canaria with direct access to the natural park of Las Dunas de Maspalomas. In addition, the resort is located just a few minutes' walk from the shopping centre. Links to the public transport network are roughly 500 m away. Gran Canaria Airport is situated at a distance of approximately 35 km from the apartment hotel.
## Rooms
All apartments have a separate bedroom, en suite bathroom (refurbished in 2004) with shower, kitchen and living room with sofa bed. All apartments have piped music, a telephone via switch board, a satellite TV with 23 international channels and a safe (the last two for a fee). All apartments are fitted with a hairdryer, double bed, radio, Internet access, a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. Each apartment also has a balcony or terrace.
## Sport
The hotel features a large garden with sun loungers and parasols around the outdoor heated swimming pools, for the use and enjoyment of customers. Younger guests can enjoy their own swimming area. Refreshments are served at the poolside snack bar. The hotel also has a sun terrace and a massage service. Water sport lovers can take advantage of a range of facilities (all for additional fees) including waterskiing, jet skiing, diving, surfing, windsurfing, motor boating, sailing, catamaran boating, canoeing and pedal boating. Further activities provided include squash, paddle tennis, tennis, pool/snooker, minigolf and biking (all for a fee). Table tennis is another option. Maspalomas Golf is around 1.5 km from the hotel (fees apply). Sun loungers and parasols are laid out on the sandy beach for guests' use.
## Meals
A breakfast buffet is served each morning at the apartment hotel. Lunch is offered from a set menu and à la carte. The evening meal is served buffet style.
