The hotel has three delicious dining options including the Tuscany inspired Bay Window Restaurant, the Carlyle flambé-style restaurant, and Nibbles, for sumptuous snacks all day and into the late night. Romantic candle-lit dinners are also available with charge. The 'Stay at One, Play at Three' exchange privilege extends to 9 more restaurants and a total of 11 bars! Entertainment activities include the GM's welcome party, nightly shows, talent shows, piano bar, Karaoke, and a resident Pianist.

Clients staying in the Concierge Category Room or Higher will have free WI-FI (from 15th March 2013) and will be able to make free long distance phone calls to the US, Canada and UK (UK Landlines ONLY) as well as local Jamaican landlines. Guests will only be able to make these phone calls through their personal smartphone with a Sandals Resort app and not through the in-room phone. The app will be free and available from the 20th June 2013 on the Apple and Android App store.
