Its guests can find the light rail line just in front of the venue and they will be within a 20-minute stroll from such landmarks as the Dodge Theatre, Chase Field, Orpheum Theatre and Phoenix Symphony hall, just to name a few. Featuring Italian Renaissance design, it is the only historic boutique property in the Phoenix area and it still honours its past with polished wood floors, chandeliers and floor to ceiling mirrors. All of the nice-appointed rooms honour its history with slight hints in the patterns of the bed covers or the fittings, but have been furnished with many modern amenities in order to make ones' stay pleasant and productive.
