The residence is set in 4 hectares of lush green grounds, a natural, spacious environment, dotted with ponds and lakes. This holiday village comprises a total of 225 accommodation units, including 199 apartments and 26 studios. Facilities on offer to guests include a lobby, a hotel safe, a newspaper stand and a hairdressing salon. The younger guests can let off steam in the children's playground or the kids' club and there is a café and a restaurant for refreshment. A car park is available for those arriving by car and it is possible to hire bicycles on the premises.

## Location
This property is located 5 minutes from the harbour and the beach. The nearest links to the public transport network are 100 m and it is just 6 km to the Herault River and the Lac du Salagou. It is 8 km from the centre of Cap d'Agde and from the nearest nightspots, shops and the train station. Sète is 24 km, Beziers is 27 km, Pézenas is 28 km and it is 65 km to Montpellier and 70 km to Saint Guilhem le Désert.

## Rooms
The units are fully equipped and come with a private bathroom with a shower/bathtub and a separate WC (shower with toilet in the studio apartments). They have a kitchenette with a hob cooker, an oven or a mini-oven, tea and coffee making facilities, a washing machine and a dishwasher (except in the studio apartments). They are equipped with a safe, a radio, a TV (charges apply) and Internet access (for an additional fee) and feature individually regulated heating and either a balcony or a terrace.

## Sport
The establishment features 3 outdoor heated swimming pools, including a children's paddling pool, which are open from April to the end of October. Guests can relax on sun loungers (available for an additional fee) and there are parasols available, as well as refreshments at the poolside snack bar. Sports enthusiasts may join an aqua fit or aerobics session and water sports fans can go waterskiing, jet skiing, diving, windsurfing or motor boating. It is also possible to try banana boating, sailing, catamaran sailing, canoeing or pedal boating. Guests can play a game of squash, tennis, table tennis, volleyball or beach volleyball. Golf enthusiasts can play a round at the nearby Cap d'Agde Golf Club, just 2.5 km from the complex or enjoy minigolf. It is also possible to have a go at horse riding or bicycling and the complex puts on a programme of entertainment for adults and children. Moreover, sun loungers and parasols are available for use on the sandy beach.

Guests are served a continental breakfast and the midday and evening meals may be enjoyed as a set menu or à la carte.
