This apartment complex is located around 4.5 km from the centre of Valencia. Links to the public transport system can be found within a radius of some 200 m.

All the apartments are welcoming and stylishly appointed. They each come with 2, 3, or 4 bedrooms (the 4-bedrooom units are duplex penthouses), as well as air conditioning/heating and a kitchenette with an electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge and microwave. Further amenities include two bathrooms and a balcony or terrace with sea views.
