Located in the Armorique nature park, the residence and its swimming pool dominate the sea. The residence itself is made up of eight 3-storey buildings with an upper part on the cliffs overlooking the bay and a lower part overlooking Morgat beach. The residence is surrounded by landscaped gardens, and all the apartments have either a terrace or balcony. Most of them face the sea. There is a beach of fine sand 300 m away and a small rocky beach (at low tide) just below the residence.
