The establishment features an Internet corner, garage, hall, reading room, bar, breakfast room and garden with wonderful views overlooking Venice lake. In addition, customers will have access to the services of Lanna Gaia Wellness Centre, an area of 1000 m² with treatments inspired by ancient Thai Lanna area. It is 500 m. from the hotel; nevertheless, hotel guests have a transfer service.
