Here you find some simple rules so we can serve you the best:

* Alcoholic drinks are served only for more than 18 years old.

* The all inclusive bracelet is strictly personal , it must be tied to the wrist, it will be demanded before departure from the hotel. In case of loss, it will be charged 50 TND.

* It is forbidden to give drinks or food to the other guests, or people from outside the hotel.

* There is maximum served 2 drinks per guest every 10 minutes.

* The hotel can deny serving drinks for guests who have an unpleasant behaviour.

* All inclusive stops at 12.00 on the departure day, and in the same time you check out of the room.


CHANGE: It is possible to change small amounts of money in the reception

Due to limited power resources in the country which are controlled by the government, the hotels are only allowed to run air conditioning between mid-June and mid-September.
