## Location
The hotel is located in the most peaceful part of the San Destin area, with wonderful coastline views and set 150 m back from the sandy beach. In the immediate vicinity of the hotel guests will find restaurants, a night club, Silver Sands Factory Stores and Baytowne Wharf. Panama City is a 42-minute drive away.

## Rooms
This Spanish-Mediterranean style resort features studios and 2 and 3-bedroom units with designer interiors. Studio units feature a kitchenette, a hot tub and glass-enclosed showers. The 2 and 3-bedroom units include a washer/dryer, hot tubs and private balconies. Furthermore, a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, a radio and Internet access are provided in all accommodation. They also have kitchens with a fridge, a cooker, a microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, an ironing set, a king-size or double bed and a safe. The air conditioning is centrally regulated, as is the heating.
