The residence is made up of little 2-storey houses, built in the typical style of the region and air-conditioned semi-detached villas.

## Location
Argeles sur Mer, in the very southernmost part of France, in the Languedoc-Roussillon region, on the threshold of Catalonia and Spain, offers 7 km of sandy beach and 2 km of rocky coastline. This seaside resort combines the sun, the sea, the mountains, Catalan traditions, gastronomy, viticulture and great quality of life, all in a naturally unspoilt setting.

## Rooms
The apartments, some of them with mezzanine, housing 2 to 7/8 persons, are all fully equipped with kitchenette (microwave and dishwasher, from 4/6 pers) shower with toilet and terrace or balcony.

The following are at the disposal: outdoor, non-heated swimming pool, open from April, mini-golf, petanque area, ping pong, football pitch, sports ground, tennis courts and children's play area and balneotherapy centre.
