According to the location of the apartments the beach is no more than 400 m away. The grounds affords wonderful views over the opposite lying island archipelago of Maddalena and the Costa Smeralda. The town offers an array of shopping and entertainment facilities and is situated around 5 km from the residence.

There is a large seawater swimming pool available. Diving is on offer, for an additional fee, as are tennis and horse riding nearby. A seasonal entertainment programme is organised by the hotel to provide variety.
