Renovated in 2006, these unique 2-storey townhouses offer guests the feeling of home in a tropical setting. Located in a quiet area these 3 and 4 bedroom units all have full kitchens. The air-conditioned resort offers plenty of amenities including a 24-hour reception, a café, a bar, a games room, a spa, fitness centre, restaurant, a playground and 2 pool areas. ## Location
Located in Davenport just off Highway 27, this resort is just a 10-minute drive from the Disney property and 25 from Seaworld. There is a fantastic grocery store and restaurants right near the property.

Spacious 2-storey 3 and 4 bedroom townhouses offer a luxurious homely feel. All units have fully equipped kitchens with all appliances and utensils. All units have living/dining area with spacious bedrooms and en suite bathrooms (Roman tubs in the master bathroom) with a hairdryer. Amenities also include a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, a safe, individual air conditioning and heating. Each townhouse also has a patio or balcony area.

## Sport
The swimming pool complex is fantastic. There are 2 pools as well as a children's pool, a lazy river, a huge water slide, a snack bar, sun loungers and parasols. The property also boasts a large fitness area, a spa with a sauna, and games room for the kids.

The on-site clubhouse features a casual restaurant and bar.
