Visitors to the area will be pleased to find a range of further attractions nearby, including SeaWorld (11 minutes' drive away), the Florida Mall (21 minutes away) and Busch Gardens in Tampa (just over an hour's drive from the resort). Orlando International Airport is just 35 km away, while Orlando Sanford International Airport is 77 km from the resort.

The 3-bedroom townhouses come with 2 bathrooms, and the 4-bedroom townhouses come with 3 bathrooms. The bathrooms offer a shower/bathtub, and both accommodation types have washing machines and dryers. The townhouses come equipped with a direct dial telephone and TV with cable. They have a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, a cooker, a microwave, tea and coffee making facilities and an ironing set, as well as air conditioning and centrally regulated heating.

Check-in is from 4 pm. Check-in, registration and key collection are to be conducted from the Homes Welcome Center, located at 6365 West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee, Florida 34747. Keys may be collected after hours from the electronic lock box at the Welcome Center. Guests should enter the lock box code (C-7-0-8-3), then press the button with the symbol of a door key. Homes assistance is available 24 hours a day via the toll-free number: 1 800 713 8356 (the urgent message option should be selected). On booking their villa, guests will be asked to supply credit card details as a refundable security deposit of USD 500 is required for each home or apartment. The following items can be added to the booking for a daily additional fee: pool heat (where applicable), baby cot and highchair. All apartments and condos are non-smoking, and pets are not allowed.
