The Real Palace Apartments are relatively new and are situated on the outskirts of the old town area of Malia. Guests can enjoy views of the mountains and the sea from this attractive setting. The old town area has a good selection of traditional restaurants but if you are looking for something a little livelier then the ‘strip' is a 15 minute walk from the hotel.

Malia is divided into 2 parts – a relaxed old town with traditional houses and tavernas and the newer area near the beach, which is livelier, with cafes, bars, discos and shops. There is a selection of watersports available on the beach.

##Eating and Drinking
Next to the pool is a bar area with its own terrace and comfortable seating. The bar serves a wide variety of light meals and snacks and there is a TV for all the sports events.
