With its unique location by the fresh water estuary in San Jose del Cabos, the InterContinental Los Cabos Hotel sits between a white sand beach and the Sierra de San Lazaro Mountains.

This all-inclusive beachfront resort has over 390 guestrooms over 3 floors, 330 of which; have balcony views of the nearby white sandy beaches and the sea of Cortez. The 3.5 star hotel features several outdoor swimming pools, activities for adults and kids, several restaurants and its own fitness centre to help keep their guests entertained and comfortable.

Overlooking the fresh water lagoon, popular for the nearby bird sanctuary amongst bird watchers and tourists, the hotel is also conveniently near to several other outdoor activities like kayaking, jet skiing, nature walks, sunset cruises and whale watching.
Location

## Whether staying on-site at the hotel or visiting the nearby areas you will never be short of things to do. There are 3 separate heated outdoor swimming pools to choose from, the adult relaxation pool, a family pool and an activities pool all; of which are available all year round.

There are also several activities that you can partake in, as well as, swimming including water aerobics and volleyball.

For the children there is the popular Chiqui Kid's Club, which offers both fun and educational activities, many with a Mexican theme. Kids are taught basic Spanish and authentic Mexican songs and dances in addition to playing Mexican games.

Guests can also make use of the on-site fitness centre or choose to use the nearby off site gym with even more comprehensive selection of fitness facilities and massage treatments. Outdoors there is also the option of using the nearby illuminated tennis courts.
Accomodation

## The resort has 390 rooms and 9 suites including: standard, deluxe, superior with junior, master and presidential suites.
Many of which are non-smoking and with 24 hour room service available.

Amenities in all rooms include: complimentary buffet breakfast, separate bathroom, colour satellite TV, wireless internet access, in-room movies, in-room video games, valet and turndown service, in-room safe, direct line telephone and separate hanging closet.

Suites also include: separate living room and bedrooms, additional bathroom, mini-bar, mini-fridge, CD player/stereo and feature a Jacuzzi/whirlpool.
Eating and Drinking

## There are a variety of on-site restaurants to choose from within this all-inclusive hotel, offering a range of different dining styles and cuisines.

Napa – Serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The menu choices here are inspired by its neighbour to the north with its unique selection of light Californian cuisine. Breakfast is served buffet style either inside or outside on the terrace, with lunch and dinner options from an ‘A la Carte' menu and a selection of international wines available.

El Patio – For an alternative choice for dinner this restaurant serves authentic and flavourful Mexican food. They pride themselves on taking a nouvelle approach with emphasis on light cooking techniques.

La Terraza – One of the best known steakhouses in the Baja Peninsula area, offering a top quality beef and seafood straight from the grill in a relaxed setting. This makes for a popular choice for dinner.

El Caribeno – When you are looking for a casual meal while out and about during the day. The ocean side Caribeno offers a good range of snacks and light meals in an open-air setting such as tacos, fish, nachos and hamburgers.

Frutas Y Flores – Serving breakfast and dinner, this restaurant offers a hearty Mexican breakfast choices such as sopes, burritos and ranchero eggs. Then for a more casual dinner it is well known for its lavish themed buffets to suit the season.

Also on-site there 2 different bars to both outside by the swimming pools:

The Bar ‘Le Ballena' located by the activities pool is a popular swimming hang-out, with a great selection of cocktails and premium international drinks to help u cool down and relax.
The alternative, the Bar ‘Le Delfin' you can find by the family pool, offering cool shade to escape from the sun while enjoying frosty island cocktails or other refreshing drinks.
