Hotel Overview

Set in peaceful, green gardens, this residence was originally built in 1850 by Napoleon III for his physician, and is perfectly at home in the heart of the very Parisian Ternes district with its market and host of small shops. Renovated in 2008, this charming hotel comprises a total of 39 air-conditioned rooms and is the 1st hotel in Paris and only the 2nd in France to receive the European certification ECOLABEL. The commitment of the hotel in minimizing the environmental impact of its activities includes energy and water saving, use of ecological detergents, sorting and waste recycling. Hotel facilities on offer to guests at this air-conditioned establishment include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a currency exchange facility and lift access. There is a bar and a breakfast room and guests can also enjoy their breakfast in the flower garden in fine weather. Business travellers will appreciate the meeting room overlooking the garden and the WLAN Internet access. ## Location
This former private residence is situated near the Champs Elysées, between the Arc de Triomphe and the Palais des Congrès conference centre (500 m). Guests will find the nearest links to the public transport network 100 m from the hotel and restaurants and bars are 150 m away. The Champs Elysees, with its shops and nightlife, is 1 km away and further attractions in the area include the Eiffel Tower (5 km), L'Opera (5 km) and the Latin Quarter (8 km). It is 30 km to Charles de Gaulle Airport and Orly Airport is only 35 km away.

## Rooms
The superior rooms offer around 20 m² of space and feature refined Louis XVI interiors, with an area set aside for a table and lounge chairs and a courtesy tray for guests to make themselves tea or coffee. Some rooms are equipped with a queen-size or king-size bed while others benefit from the peace and quiet of the property's garden. The standard rooms have individual décor and come with a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer and offer a king-size or double bed. They are equipped with a direct dial telephone, a flat screen TV with satellite/ cable channels, a desk with high-speed Internet access, a safe and a minibar. Furthermore, tea and coffee making facilities, individually regulated air conditioning and centrally regulated heating are provided in all accommodation as standard.

## Meals
Guests can select their breakfast from a buffet from 7 am to 11 am, Monday to Saturday and from 7.30 am to 11 am on Sundays. Additionally, a continental breakfast is served in guests' room.
