Porto Platanias Beach Resort is located on the beach of Platanias, one of the most colourful areas of Chania region, only at 10 kms from the picturesque town of Chania, at about 20 kms from Chania International Airport and a short drive from all major points of interest of Western Crete. At a short walking distance (100 m to 500 m) there are shopping facilities, banks, pharmacy, Medical Care center, and an undetermined number of bars restaurants and other tourist facilities.The hotel has been elegantly designed with comfortable accommodations and a wide range of facilities up to a good 5 star hotel. There are various room types: Standard doubles, Maisonettes, Family rooms, Family rooms with private pool, Apartments, Studios, Executive Suites and Suites with private pool all of which are fully air-conditioned, have balcony or terrace, bathroom'WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, internet access (ISDN), direct dial telephone, safe, fridge with mini bar on request.
