This large owner-occupied country villa is built around a large central courtyard and the first floor 4-bedroom apartment is in a wing, completely separate from the rest of the house and reached by a private outside staircase. The courtyard offers a furnished al fresco eating area for guests staying in the apartment. This is a very peaceful location and the accommodation is well-appointed. Parking is available for those arriving by car. A maid service is available for the rooms (charges apply).

## Location
This hotel is located in one of the most sought after regions in the heart of Chianti Classico country. Greve, offers shops for all guests' requirements as well as a regular bus service to the heart of the historical centre of Florence. Guest will also find restaurants and bars in Greve/Panzano, within 3 km of the property. It is only 2 km from the famous Chianti wine route and Florence and Siena can each be reached in less than 1 hour by car. There is hardly a better location from which to discover the heart of Tuscany and the Chianti hill towns and villages and guests can explore the endless list of restaurants and trattorias as well as sampling the wines of the region in the many vineyards throughout the zone.

## Rooms
The apartment is on the first floor and offers a sitting/dining room, a kitchen with a small cooking hob and a fridge, a twin/double bedded room and a bathroom with a bathtub, a WC and double sinks. It is also equipped with central heating (charges apply).

## Sport
The apartment features an open-air swimming pool complete with a small waterfall from a rock formation. The pool is set in a delightful spot with panoramic views over the Chianti hills and offers a sun terrace with sun loungers and a parasol. The owner and her visitors may also use the swimming pool. The swimming pool is open between May and September (weather permitting).

This property is not suitable for infants or children. Guests need to confirm whether a twin or double bed will be required. A refundable security deposit is payable locally on arrival.
