The Playa Real Resort, operating under New Management, is situated in the exclusive area of Costa Adeje, at 800 meters from the beach Playa de Fanabe.


This modern 4 star complex consist of 2 buildings of 4 floors. The 117 Junior Suites and 61 Apartments have a separate living room. The maximum occupancy is 2 2 or 3 adults.


The Playa Real Resort is especially suitable for families who can enjoy their ideal All Inclusive holidays.


The hotel is Up to 400m from the nearest chemist, restaurants, shopping and stores and Shopping Centre “El Duque”.

5km Golf Costa Adeje; 5km to Adeje town centre or Playa de las Américas.

800m from the Fañabe Beach and beach promenade.

20km from TFS, Tenerife South Airport / Reina Sofia Airport.

85km from TFN, Tenerife North Airport / Los Rodeos Airport.



Gym/Wellness area with Jacuzzi and sauna, tennis/multifunctional court and children's playground. Daytime activities and evening entertainment for children and adults including table-tennis, pool games, mini-discos and professional shows and live music.

Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner in the Main Restaurant

- The All Inclusive package includes a once per stay visit to the a la carte restaurant (subject to availability and prior reservation - some dishes may incur a supplement))

- Local / national drinks (water, soft drinks, beer and wine) included for lunch
and dinner.

Opening times:

Breakfast 07.30 – 10.00 hrs.

Lunch 12.30 – 15.00 hrs.

Dinner 18.30 – 21:00 hrs.




Snacks available in the Poolbar: 11.00 – 16.30 hrs.



Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks available from 10am – 11pm daily10.00 – 23.00 hrs.

Local / national non-alcoholic drinks (water, juices, soft drinks, coffee and tea) and alcoholic drinks (beer, wine, etc.), as displayed in the All Inclusive drinks list.

Please Note: Our SPA-Jacuzzi-Wellness area is only FREE OF CHARGE for the use of 1 gratis hour of the Jacuzzi in the SPA.
Fitness area as well is FREE OF CHARGE, but all other services offered by our external collegues, like pedicura, medicure, massage and beauty, are against payment according the exposed prices in that area.

Winter season A/C is working subject to overall temperatures and weather.



Please note that the maximum occupancy is 2 2 or 3 adults and the third and fourth pax always sleep in sofa-bed.
