The Carolina Mare sits on the east side of Malia beach approximately 1.5 miles from the centre of Malia. The hotel has 2 main buildings with 168 guest rooms. There is entertainment most nights and children have their own area

Malia is divided into 2 parts – a relaxed old town with traditional houses and tavernas and the newer area near the beach, which is livelier, with cafes, bars, discos and shops. There is a selection of water sports available on the beach.

##Eating and Drinking
There are two restaurants (one for half board and one for all inclusive) and 5 bars – a main bar, a pool bar, a snack bar and two beach bars.
