FACILITIES:Food, drink and entertainment: Bed and Breakfast accommodation with an option for Half Board. The A Flor do Mar Restaurant has a breath-taking view over the ocean and serves buffet breakfasts and dinners with live music and themed evenings. The Pool Restaurant is by the sea and close to the fantastic swimming pool with daily barbecues and a range of snacks. The Pool Bar faces the Atlantic Ocean and offers a variety of natural fruit juices, beers, cocktails and snacks. The Vila Lido Tea Room is in the original building and serves tea, coffee, sandwiches and cakes, and Vila Lido Bar & Lounge is an international cocktail bar with live music.
 
Sports, games and activities: The splendid and original Quinta Vila Lido serves as the reception and leisure area of the hotel and also is the area for the library, games room with table tennis and snooker, and a Health Club with gymnasium. The hotel has one swimming pool with an integrated area for children, sun decks and sunshades, Diving Club and School, the Tubarao Madeira next to the seam, and diving in Madeira's Underwater Reserve.
 
Additional: 24-hour reception, 24 hour medical service, Internet access in the lobby for hotel guests payable locally, 2 conference rooms for up to 180 people, medical doctor on call 24 hours, rent-a-car. Guests wanting access to the internet can go to reception and request a password. Guests staying here on a Half Board basis are able to enjoy a Dinner & Show at the Casino da Madeira for a €10 per person supplement (payable locally) from Tuesdays to Saturdays. A complementary pick-up service is available with this (drop-off is not included). Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance at the hotel reception - where a voucher will be issued which must be presented upon pick up. Please note any beverages consumed must be paid at the Casino da Madeira (they are not included in the Half Board supplement & cannot be billed to the room). Children up to 12 years old (inclusive) are free of charge when accompanied by adults. For guests staying here on a Bed & Breakfast basis who would like to enjoy the dinners & shows at the Casino da Madeira should contact the hotel reception upon arrival to find out what the supplement is.
