This 42-room beach hotel was opened in February of 2007 and comprises fully self-contained luxury apartments, each with its own marina berth. The property overlooks Abel Point Marina and offers a direct waterfront location with expansive views over the marina and the Whitsunday Islands in the Coral Sea. The hotel is air-conditioned, and room service, a laundry service and a car park are available. A safe is available to guests in the lobby.

## Location
The hotel is located on the shores at Shingley Beach, adjacent to Airlie Beach and overlooking Abel Point Marina. From here, it is a short picturesque walk to the tourist town of Airlie Beach, where guests will find an abundant array of shops, bars and restaurants. The nearest train station is around 25 km away.

Each room has an en suite bathroom, direct dial telephones, satellite/cable TV, Internet access and a balcony or terrace. Other room fittings include a hairdryer, an ironing set, a washing machine, a fridge, a cooker, a microwave and tea and coffee making facilities.

There is an outdoor swimming pool on the hotel grounds. For boating enthusiasts, each apartment comes complete with its own 18-metre marina berth. The nearest golf course is approximately 25 km away, whilst there is a bowling club around 4 km away.
