Hotel Overview
The Outrigger Beach Resort is on the white sands of Fort Myers Beach. The beach is the ideal location to just kick back and relax or if the mood takes you then you can join in with a game of beach volleyball, rent a boat, fish and shop or eat and drink. The downtown area of Fort Myers, which sits beside the beautiful Caloosahatchee River, is also within easy reach. You will find plenty of shopping malls in the local area so remember your credit cards!
A variety of room options are available at the Outrigger Beach Resort. Beach-front king rooms have an air of romance whilst the family size rooms offer two double beds and sofa sleepers. The resort has its own swimming pool and a variety of excellent places to eat and drink throughout the day. You may catch sight of dolphins playing in the waves when you are relaxing on the beach and you will see plenty of beautiful shells, which you can collect and change into attractive craft items and souvenirs to take home with the help of the staff at the Outrigger's Guest Service Centre.

##Eating and Drinking
The Outriggers Deckside Café opens for breakfast, lunch and dinner from 7am to 9pm. You can enjoy the tropical surroundings inside or dine alfresco on the sundeck and you are even welcome in your swimming costume. The café bakes its own delicious muffins daily, makes great cheese burgers and serves award winning Key Lime Pie. Those in search of quality dining should try the fresh fish and perfectly-aged Certified Black Angus beef cooked to your specification at Charley's Boathouse Grill. Charley's is located on the back bay waters of Fort Myers Beach and dusk is the best time to visit, enjoy a fine glass of wine and watch the White Heron feeding just inches from your table. Finally, the Tiki Bar, which sits directly on Fort Myers Beach (and is one of the best bars on the beach), is a great place to relax with a pina colada, with your toes in the sand, and watch the sun set over the Gulf. The beer is cold, the staff friendly and the location unbeatable. You can also enjoy live entertainment there several times a week
##Swimming Pools
