## Location
The apartment hotel enjoys an excellent location on the seashore in the quiet north coast of Grand Cayman and is close to attractions including the famous Stingray City (15 minutes' drive) and the town of Old Man Bay (10-minute walk). It is also very close to various amenities in the area such as restaurants and grocery stores. Directly in front of the condos are some of the island's most spectacular dive sites: Mermaid Point Drop-off, Skinny Palm Tree Reef Drop-off and Babylon. All sites are accessible from the shore for experienced divers. Guests can fish or snorkel right from the hotel's dock. Queen Elizabeth Botanic Park is approximately 4 km from the hotel, George Town is a 30-minute drive away and 7-Mile Beach is 40 minutes away by car.
