Hotel Overview

This grand 4-storey resort offers 200 over-sized guest rooms and a wide array of amenities and activities for both winter and summer. It is ideal for family holidays or a couple's weekend retreat. The complex was built as a modern interpretation of a grand New England resort, with a dramatic peaked roof. The lobby is warm and inviting with a large stone fireplace and cosy upscale lodge décor. Adjacent to the hotel is New Hampshire's largest outlet centre with over 60 shops. Further facilities available to guests at the air-conditioned hotel include 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe, cloakroom, lift access, a newspaper stand, auditorium and a children's playground. There is a cafe, bar and restaurant. Guests may also take advantage of the conference facilities, Internet access, a laundry service, car park and bicycle hire service.

## Location
The family-friendly ski hotel is situated on 40 hectares in the heart of the White Mountains of North Conway, providing stunning views of the resort and surrounding area. It is built adjacent to New Hampshire's largest tax-free shopping outlet centre. The club resort is conveniently located just a short drive from both Nordic and alpine ski areas. Cranmore Mountain is a 10-minute drive away, Attitash and Story Land are both 15 minutes away by car and the Black Mountain ski area is approximately 20 minutes' drive from the hotel.

## Rooms
All guest rooms are spacious with a warm and cosy décor, as well as mountain or pond views. Amenities include complimentary wireless Internet access, CD/MP3 players, in-room safes, cable TV with Nintendo video games, and DVD players, while guests also have complimentary use of an extensive DVD library on site. Guest rooms also feature gourmet coffee and teas, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer and marble bathrooms with a shower, bath and luxurious toiletries. A double or king-size bed, a direct dial telephone, radio, and individually regulated air conditioning and heating also feature in all rooms as standard.

## Sport
The hotel has an abundance of activities for every age, including an indoor swimming pool and spa tub, an outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use, a zero entrance kids pool with interactive water features and spray jets, and a children's play area. Children's programmes are offered during the summer and school holidays featuring film nights, story-telling and ice cream socials. Also on site is a cinema, tennis courts (fees apply), volleyball (fees apply), a scenic pond and picnic area, men's and women's saunas and a fully equipped gym. In winter guests can ice skate on the pond, purchase discount ski tickets and hire snow mobiles. Guests may also hire bikes for a fee, or relax in the hot tub.

## Meals
The hotel has a full-service restaurant serving a buffet breakfast, and set menu lunch and dinner daily (children 12 and under eat from the breakfast buffet free when accompanied by a paying adult). There is also a tavern serving beverages and light fare. There are many other dining options available on the doorstep in the outlet centre.
