The Melissa Aparthotel is in the picturesque seaside town of Psakoudia, an area surrounded by pine forests at the beginning point of Sithonia peninsula on Halkidiki. The aparthotel consists of four main buildings and has a total of 52 guestrooms. All rooms are beautifully decorated and have a kitchenette, air conditioning and a balcony or terrace. Attractive, well maintained gardens surround the Melissa Aparthotel and are home to an inviting swimming pool and a section for children.

The Melissa Aparthotel's reception has safety deposit boxes for hire and there is a Jacuzzi and bar by the pool as well as a restaurant and snack bar on the beach. On Sundays there is a Greek night with a barbeque, music and dancing.
