The property is situated in Aquitaine, in the region of Gironde, 65 km from Bordeaux. Aquitaine is a seaside resort at the entrance to the Arcachon Basin. It is located between the Atlantic Ocean and the Landes Forest, not far from the Bordeaux vineyards.
