Local Tips: Just 39 km from the hotel is Timanfaya National Park, home to the famous Montanas del Fuego, and renowned for it's a unique 'Martian' landscape dotted with rare species of plant. The park offers camel rides and regular demonstrations of the landscape's intense volcanic heat. FACILITIES:Food, drink and entertainment: The hotel has a buffet-style restaurant (dress code applies with men ask to wear long trousers). There is a nice range of international cuisine including vegetarian meals. The Pool bar serves snacks, and there is a lounge bar, as well as an Irish-style pub (from November 2012). Guests can enjoy regular daytime entertainment, Cabarets and Quizzes.
