Hotel Overview

The Liki Tiki Village is a splendid tropical themed resort spread across 64 acres of lush gardens and water parks. This luxurious property is situated just minutes from Walt Disney World, Sea Wold, Universal and the many other things Orlando is famous for including over 3,800 restaurants, 125 golf courses and 90 plus unforgettable attractions.

Guests may choose from one, two, or three-bed condos that each feature a living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and washer/dryer. Comfortable beds, upholstered furnishings, and decorative accessories provide guests with a home away from home feeling.

In the grounds of the resort you can join your children in a pirate adventure at the Liki Tiki Village Lagoon Water Adventure Park which also features a gently rolling wave pool, five water slides, an erupting water volcano, a waterfall, a toddler's area, spouting tiki heads, and a dancing fountain.

Around the lagoon are lounging areas, volleyball and a play area. There is also a fitness centre, a lake where you can command a pedal boat, mini golf and tennis courts and the Shipwreck Sally's Bar and Grill which is a great spot to stop for a bite to eat. After a busy day at the theme parks there is no better way to relax than a soak in the hot tub, a swim in the sparkling waters of one of the pools or just sip a cool drink on your patio or balcony.

Guests are required at check in to leave a refundable security deposit of $100 per room. This must be paid via credit card or a debit card if it is authorized for charges in the US.

The minimum age for check-in is 21 years and guests are required to show government issued ID at check-in

##Accomodation
One-bedroom condos sleep a maximum of four guests (up to three children) and consist of one queen size bed and one sofa bed.

One-bedroom condos include: full kitchen, one queen size bed and one sofa bed and a flat-screen TV with premium TV channels. The private kitchen is equipped with a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, a stovetop, and a microwave. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer. Climate control, air-conditioning and a ceiling fan are also available. Wi-Fi is also available at an extra charge.

Two-bedroom condos sleep a maximum of six guests (up to five children) and consist of one king size bed, two single beds and one sofa bed.

Two-bedroom condos include: full kitchen and a flat-screen TV with premium TV channels. The private kitchen is equipped with a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, a stovetop, and a microwave. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer. Climate control, air-conditioning and a ceiling fan are also available. Wi-Fi is also available at an extra charge.

Rooms are cleaned once every seven days. Daily maid service may be available for an additional fee which is payable locally.

The resort has a superb water park area with swimming pools, water slides, a wave pool, waterfalls, fountains and an area for smaller children.
