The chalets consist of 5 to 7 apartments and are carefully arranged to maintain privacy and, at the same time, a warm atmosphere. Further features include a lobby, lift access and, for a fee, WLAN Internet access, a car park and bicycle hire.

## Location
Right at the top of Modane, at an altitude of 1,550 m, guests of this apartment ski resort can see the village of Charmaix, with old houses made of stone and wood and covered with flagstone roofs. Created in an ideal site for skiing and hiking, renowned for the pure sky, it initiated a new generation of ski resorts right by the lifts with no need to walk.

The accommodation offers a living room with pull-out bed and kitchenette with coffee machine, cooking rings, fridge and microwave oven.
