The hotel is more of a hostel style property and 50% of the hotel is occupied by permanent residents in addition to short stay guests. Latham Hotel features a nightclub, a concierge desk, and multilingual staff. This New York property provides an airport shuttle (surcharge).The Latham Hotel will be going under much needed renovation as of July 19, 2010. The hotel will be open during the renovations. The renovations will not affect guests.
