Hotel Overview

The hotel is the only accommodation of its kind in Mexico, as it is a residential development which offers all services in the hotel and rooms as well as beautiful scenery surrounding it. The air-conditioned hotel comprises 80 guest rooms, a lobby with hotel safe, a newspaper stand, a TV lounge, a café, a bar and a restaurant. The conference facilities and WLAN Internet access may be of use to business guests. Room and laundry services and a car park are also provided.

## Location
The aparthotel resort is situated on the avenue Las Huertas, 12 minutes from the centre of San Pedro and near shopping centres and restaurants.

## Rooms
The hotel rooms feature the most exclusive details such as marble and granite finishing and come equipped with a kitchen including a breakfast bar, cooker, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. The private bathrooms are fitted with shower and hairdryer. Individually regulated air conditioning, heating, a living room and button for immediate assistance also come as standard. Furthermore, all rooms have a double or king-size bed, direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, radio, Internet access, ironing set and a balcony or terrace.
