Built in 2007, the resort comprises a total of 40 individual apartments in three-storey blocks. Younger guests will be happy to discover the on-site children's playground and for guests wishing to bring their vehicles, 1 parking space is available per apartment.

This resort is situated in the Tres Playas beach area, approximately 1.5 km away from Romana beach and 4 km from the centre of Alcossebre.

## Rooms
The 2-bedroom apartments feature 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom with 2 single beds or bunks, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen-dining room (stove, washing machine, fridge-freezer and microwave), TV and a private balcony or terrace. The lounge area is air-conditioned.

## Sport
There is an outdoor swimming pool with a children's section.

Keys must be collected at the Lloguers Altamar office in Avda. Valencia no. 4. Tel: 964 157 272. Check-in is from 5 pm to 8 pm. In case of arrival outside of these hours, please advise the key collection office a minimum of 48 hours in advance. Cleaning on arrival. Weekly sheet change, not including towels and bathrobes.
