The Hotel is a traditional town house situated in Ayr's town centre, a 5-minute walk from many shops, bars, restaurants and clubs. A 10-minute walk takes guests to the town's local beach where they will find indoor swimming, plus lots of activities that will suit all the family needs.

The hotel is located in the centre of Ayr, in the centre of Burns' country, with tourist attractions such as The Tam O'Shanter Experience, Burns' Cottage, Culzean Castle and Country Park. The local train station and shopping centre are within around 2 minutes' walk away and the picturesque seashore with its various restaurants and bars are about 5 minutes.

## Rooms
The well-furnished rooms are designed with the comfort of guests in mind and are fitted with all the modern conveniences today's traveller might desire. They all include a bathroom with a hairdryer, a TV and tea and coffee making facilities.

## Sport
This region of Scotland offers countless opportunities to ramblers and cyclist. For golf lovers there are 44 12/18-hole golf courses over Ayrshire and the Isle of Arran, 14 of which are less than 32 km from the hotel, including the famous Prestwick and Royal Troon courses. The hotel can arrange golf for its guests, and a lesson with the local Golf Professional.
